Tokosi & Partners does not deploy capital as a principal investor, nor do we pursue independent asset ownership or extractive control.
We operate as a sovereign financing and strategic delivery partner, structuring Government Financing Packages (GFPs), mobilising capital, and embedding execution discipline across approved mandates.
Where explicitly agreed with government, Tokosi & Partners may hold limited or minority commercial interests within sovereign-controlled joint ventures or project vehicles. Such participation is used solely to align incentives, strengthen delivery oversight, and de-risk capital mobilisation in support of long-term national value creation.
All arrangements are structured to preserve sovereign ownership, policy authority, and resource control.
